The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to meet and talk through your concerns and any questions you may have.
Initial Consultation: Free

Once you have decided to begin psychotherapy we will discuss our counselling contract which outlines details of such matters as confidentiality and cancellation notice.

Standard session: £60
​
I am committed to offering lower-cost psychotherapy to those who cannot afford the full fee. I have a limited amount of these sessions available.

Student/unemployed: £50
​
Timings
Each ongoing counselling session is fifty minutes long.
​
Initial Consultation: 50 mins.
​
I offer both short term and opened ended face to face sessions depending on your personal preference.
​
I also offer online sessions via Zoom.
​
Short term weekly : 6-12 weeks
​
Long term weekly: opened ended.
